One of the world’s largest food producers.

Services provided

Over a three-year period ARC Management Systems provided technical assistance to one of the world’s largest food producers. The role covered CE Marking of more than 60 food processing lines into a single global food innovation center.

The scope of our project was to:

  • Conduct Risk Assessments on product lines
  • Determine solutions for CE compliance to a large number of European Standards
  • Provide completed Technical Files to our client
  • Provide Declarations of Conformity to our client

Today we are now recognized within this global client as a tier one supplier of CE compliance advisory services.

The client

A worldwide manufacturer of medical devices such as orthopedic joints and wire for balloon stents.

Project scope

The project scope involved several visits to our client’s manufacturing facilities located in the USA. The equipment was complex in nature and size. Initial Risk Assessments were scoped under the Machinery, Low Voltage and EMC Directives.

Services provided

We produced extensive compliance documentation for our clients which allowed complete ability to apply their CE Mark to the equipment.

The client

One of Ireland’s largest providers of concrete products, spread over three production plants.

Services provided

Our remit was to review all the individual pieces of batching plant, and incorporate into a single Declaration of Conformity for CE Compliance.

The project involved liaising with the suppliers of the equipment, maintenance and engineering facilities personnel, and other external contractors.

The Risk Assessment process was extensive and included our electrical, mechanical and occupational personnel.

More than ten European Standards were applied to the Risk Assessment.
